Logan Square Kitchen’s Spring Pastry Market is tomorrow April 10th, 2010 from 10am-3pm. Logan Square Kitchen is a sustainable kitchen and event space, where they help food entrepreneurs get their business started by offering the use of their commercial kitchen. The Spring Pastry Market is a special event open to the public  featuring over a dozen local Chicago artisan bakers, candy-makers, ice cream makers and more. B True Bakery, City Provisions, Crumb, Fig Catering, Flour Cake and Pastry, Fritz Pastry, Katherine Anne Confections, Macaron Chicago, Nice Cream, Pastry Freak, Quince & Apple, Rich Chocolates & Candies and Tinycakes will all be present selling their delicious goods. Coffee from Metropolis Coffee and Tea from Porte Rouge will also be available. It is a free event and you are able to RSVP to help the vendors estimate production.  See you there!
